The 15th Northwestern Banking Conference participant registration is now open on the conference official website. The conference will take place on July 7 - 10 in Saint Petersburg. Conference organizers: PSB, the Bank of Russia Saint Petersburg Directorate, Association of Russian Banks, Association of Northwestern Banks, Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Saint Petersburg. Key themes of the 15th Northwestern Banking Conference include: banks amid economic volatility: stagnation or development; in search of development: efficient business process management in banking; banks and real economy: relation “overhaul”; legal protection of lender interests: challenges and solutions; current challenges in interbank and financial markets. In addition, a series of round table discussions to be held as part of the conference will focus on the following subjects: modern-day international corporate financing technologies; SME lending in the current economic environment; factoring as a relevant financing tool for Russian companies. The Northwestern Banking Conference traditionally hosts more than 400 participants, including top managers of Russian, CIS and the Baltic States’ banks, as well as representatives of the Bank of Russia, trade associations and the government.
