Promsvyazbank makes regular semi-annual coupon payment under US$ 150 mln 10.75% LPN due 2013

Promsvyazbank made the regular semi-annual coupon payment in the amount of US$ 8 062 500  under the US$ 150 million 10.75% Loan Participation Notes (LPN) due 2013 issued by PSB Finance S.A., a special purpose vehicle incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg for the purpose of financing a loan to Promsvyazbank. The notes were issued on July 15, 2008 under the Programme for the Issuance of Loan Participation Notes.
