Promsvyazbank makes regular semi-annual coupon payment under US$ 225 million 8.75% Senior LPN due 201121.04 | 2009
On 20 April 2009, Promsvyazbank (PSB) made the regular semi-annual coupon payment in the amount of US$ 9.84 million under the US$ 225 million 8.75% Senior Loan Participation Notes (LPN) due 2011 issued by PSB Finance S.A., a special purpose vehicle incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg. US$125 million LPNs were issued by PSB Finance S.A. on 18 October 2006, followed by the Tap issuance of another US$100 million notes on 20 March 2007.
