Promsvyazbank makes regular semi-annual coupon payment under US$ 100 million 12.5% LPN

On 2 February 2009, Promsvyazbank (PSB) made the regular semi-annual coupon payment in the amount of US$ 6,25 million under the 10NC5 US$ 100 million 12.5% Loan Participation Notes (LPN) due 31 January 2018 issued by PSB Finance S.A., a special purpose vehicle incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg.
