PSB makes the semi-annual coupon payment under US$ 150 million 10.75% LPN16.01 | 2009
On 15 January 2009, PSB made the semi-annual coupon payment in the amount of US$ 8.0625 million under US$ 150 million 10.75% Loan Participation Notes (LPN) due 15 July 2013. The LPN were issued on 15 July 2008 by PSB Finance S.A., a special purpose vehicle incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg, within the MTN Programme. The proceeds from the issuance were used to finance a loan provided to PSB.
