List of documents that should be presented to Promsvyazbank.

1. For the Borrower:

1.1. Credit Application and Questionnaire according to following forms
1.2. Quarterly financial statements (balance-sheet and income statements) for the latest 2 years signed and sealed by the Borrower
1.3. Details of accounts receivable and payable dated as of the last financial statements.
1.4. Detailed credit outstanding accounts (any debts) according to following form
1.5. Details of the Borrower’s account turnover and balances in any main banks of the Borrower according to following form

2. For the Guarantor you should present all documents mention in the first paragraph except for the Credit Application.
