Management Board

The Management Board is PSB’s collegial executive body comprised of at least 5 members. It is elected by the Board of Directors for one year and its members may be re-elected for an unlimited number of times. The Management Board meets as necessary and takes decisions by simple majority vote when at least half of the elected members of the Management Board are present. The Management Board is responsible for overseeing PSB’s day-to-day operations and the implementation of the strategies set by the Board of Directors. The Chairman of the Management Board represents PSB and acts as its President.

Alexander Levkovskiy (1972) has been President and Chairman of the Management Board since 2001. Having joined PSB in 1995, he headed Treasury Division in 1996-2001 and was elected Member of the Management Board in 1996. Mr. Levkovskiy graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics in 1994 and received his Ph.D. in economics from the State University of Management in 2002.

Dmitry Sennikov (1957) has been Member of the Management Board since 1995 and First Vice-President of PSB since 2004. Prior to joining PSB in 1995, he worked for Tekhnoserv. Mr. Sennikov graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University in 1980.

Artem Konstandian (1974) has been Member of the Management Board since 2005 and First Vice-President of PSB since 2007. He was Director of the International Business Department from 2004 to 2007. Prior to joining PSB, he worked at Mapo Bank and Extrobank. Mr. Konstandian graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in 1996 and received his Ph.D. in economics in 2000.

Irina Morozova (1963) has been Member of the Management Board and PSB Chief accountant since 2000. Prior to joining PSB in 1999 as the Head of Methodology and Banking Technologies Division, she worked for Russian Accept Bank. Ms. Morozova graduated from the Engineering and Economics Faculty of the Moscow Polygraphics Institute in 1986.

Alexandra Volchenko (1976) has been Member of the Management Board since 2007 and Senior Vice-President, Head of Finance and Risk since October 2008. Prior to joining PSB in 2004, she headed the Risk Management Department at Uraltransbank. Ms. Volchenko graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics in 1997 and earned a degree in law from the Ural Academy of Public Administration in 2004.

Alexey Fedotkin (1976) has been Member of the Management Board since 2007 and Senior Vice-President, Head of Corporate Banking since October 2008. Prior to joining PSB in 2002, he worked in the Khabarovsk branch of the VTB bank. Mr. Fedotkin graduated from Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law in 1998 and from the State University - Higher School of Economics in 2006.

Konstantin Basmanov (1974) has been Member of the Management Board and Senior Vice-President, Head of Distribution Network since January 2009. Prior to joining PSB in October 2008, he pursued a career at Bank VTB, first, as the Head of the Branch Network Development Unit in 2003-2006, and later as the Managing Director, Directorate for Medium-sized Businesses, and finally as Vice-President, Head of Sales Directorate in the Branch Network Department at VTB 24, a retail subsidiary of Bank VTB. From 1995 to 2002 he held various positions in the Khabarovsk branch of VTB Bank. Mr. Basmanov graduated from the Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law in 1996.

Tatiana Kuzmina (1968) has been Member of the Management Board since August 2008. She joined PSB as the Head of Legal Department in 2005 and was promoted to Vice-President – Head of Legal Department in 2006. Mrs. Kuzmina was previously in charge of legal departments at Bank Petrocommerce and Evrofinance Mosnarbank. Mrs. Kuzmina graduated from the Kaliningrad State University in 1991.

Elena Makhota (1980) has been Member of the Management Board since January 2010, Vice-President since 2008 and Head of SME and Retail Banking since June 2009. Prior to joining PSB in 2007, she held the position of the Head of SME Department at KMB-Bank. Ms. Makhota graduated from the Far Eastern National University with a degree in international economics and international management in 2001, and from the Far Eastern State Technical University with a degree in law in 2002.
